Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and other services (collectively, the "Services") operated by RoviGo Technologies LLC ("RoviGo", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and at least 18 years old to make bookings or other commercial transactions through the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts

Once the RoviGo mobile application launches, you may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@rovigo.io of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services without our prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, related systems, or networks
• Use the Services to transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate any person, or misstate your affiliation with any person or entity

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality made available through them — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design — are owned by RoviGo Technologies LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or content available through the Services, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

5. User Content

Once available, the Services may allow you to submit content — for example, trip notes, reviews, or feedback ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant RoviGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purposes of operating, providing, and improving the Services.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.

6. Affiliate Disclosures

RoviGo participates in affiliate marketing programs, including programs operated by Travelpayouts and other travel-affiliate networks. This means we may earn a commission when you click certain links or complete certain bookings through the Services. Affiliate relationships do not affect the price you pay, and they do not influence our editorial recommendations. We may identify affiliate links with appropriate disclosures, but you should assume that any link directing you to a booking site, hotel, airline, or activity provider may be an affiliate link.

We are not the seller of the underlying travel products. Bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and the delivery of travel services are governed by the terms of the third-party provider you book with. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of those third parties.

7. AI-Generated Content

RoviGo includes AI-generated recommendations, itineraries, summaries, and chat responses. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying any information that matters to your trip — for example, opening hours, visa requirements, transportation schedules, and safety conditions. RoviGo is provided as a planning aid, not as a substitute for official sources or professional advice.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoviGo disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information made available through the Services is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will RoviGo Technologies LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, travel disruptions, or substitute services — arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RoviGo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms here and, where appropriate, by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
