Delete Your RoviGo Account

You can permanently delete your RoviGo account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest): Open RoviGo, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm, and your account and associated data are then permanently deleted.

By email: If you can no longer access the app, email support@rovigo.io from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account." We will verify the request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

What is deleted: Your account profile, trips and itineraries, chat history with Rovi, and preferences. Records we are required to keep for legal, security, or accounting purposes — for example, records of completed travel bookings held by our booking partner — may be retained as required by law.

Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
